The lastest addition to our elderly housing complex, Deer Meadows offers 30 rental apartments for the elderly, ages 55 or older. Tenants must meet current income guidelines and be able to live independently.

Deer Meadows apartments include:

• Two bedrooms
• Living/dining area
• A spacious kitchen with brand name appliances including a self-cleaning oven, frost-free refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher
• Barrier-free bathroom with bathtub/shower
• Lots of closet space for storage
• Utility closet with washer/dryer hookups
• Central air conditioning
• Rents are based on annual income and include all utilities. Our current rents are set at $378.00, $478.00 or $524.00 per month

Deer Meadows amenities include on-site laundry facilities (no charge), weekly trash removal (no charge), and two large community rooms that are available for tenant use at no charge. For your safety, the interior corridors are monitored by a state-of-the-art security camera system and all apartments have medical emergency pull cords linked directly to 911.
